Assessment process

A five-step process with clear boundaries.

The purpose of assessment is not to dramatise a problem. It is to understand the request, identify the limits of spiritual guidance, and decide whether any traditional support is appropriate.

This service is not monitored continuously and cannot respond to emergencies.

1. Submit a concise inquiry

Choose the purpose, preferred language, and a short factual description. Do not submit medical records, government identifiers, payment details, passwords, or information about another person without permission.

2. Scope and safety review

The inquiry is reviewed for fit. You may be directed to medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safeguarding, or emergency support instead of spiritual guidance.

3. Clarification

If the request is suitable, a follow-up may clarify current practice, source of instruction, expectations, and relevant practical circumstances. No diagnosis is made from a brief message.

4. Guidance or referral

The outcome may be educational guidance, a recommendation to pause an unsafe practice, a public devotional observance, an offered puja or prayer, personal consultation, or a referral elsewhere. Results are never guaranteed.

5. Follow-up and closure

Any follow-up should review wellbeing, understanding, practical action, and whether the agreed scope is complete. Repeated dependency is not the goal.
