Consultation bookings
A booking is created only after the payment gateway confirms successful payment. The selected date and time are preferences until confirmed by email. If the requested time is unavailable, a reasonable alternative will be offered.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, joining at the confirmed time, and ensuring a suitable internet or phone connection. A late arrival does not extend the session.
Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Payment is processed by the enabled third-party gateway. The gateway's own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Personal responsibility
Consultations are intended for spiritual discussion and reflection. You remain responsible for your decisions and for seeking qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency assistance when needed. No specific outcome is promised.
Conduct and cancellation
We may end or decline a session involving harassment, unlawful requests, impersonation, unsafe demands, or material misrepresentation. The Refund Policy explains when payment is or is not returned.
